Dr Ram Manohar Lohia hospital to treat kids with club feet

LUCKNOW: After King George's Medical University (KGMU) and Balrampur hospital, children suffering from congenital deformity called club foot where they have twisted ankles, will be getting treatment at Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Combined hospital.The hospital has begun a special out patient department (OPD)--Miracle feet club foot clinic--to be functional every Friday.Children born with the condition will be treated by an orthopedic specialist and the clinic will run in the physiotherapy unit of the hospital.Director of the hospital, Dr DS Negi said "The clinic will provide free of cost consultation, plasters, club foot shoe and other services to children with club feet," said Dr Negi.
