"When intelligence agencies had alerted that a big incident could happen in Jammu and Kashmir, then why were the CRPF personnel sent via road," he said. Patel has been making regular trips to the state amid strong speculations of his political foray in Lok Sabha elections due in next few months.Patel said that the idea is to awaken the intellectual class of the society which can play a crucial role in nation building.
