Rajnath arriving today on 2-day visit to Lucknow

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who represents Lucknow in the Lok Sabha, is scheduled to undertake a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency starting from March 9. Bharatiya Janata Party city president Anand Dwivedi said that Singh would reach the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow at 5:05 pm on Saturday and proceed to his Kalidas Marg residence. On Sunday, the defence minister will attend the inauguration of Terminal 3, the newly constructed section of the airport, at 11:30 am. After the inauguration ceremony, he is slated to visit Lucknow University at 1 pm, where he will participate in the Lucknow Skills Mahotsav, an Employment Fair organised at the university sports complex. At 3 pm, Rajnath Singh is expected to attend an Abhinandan Samaroh organised by Kayastha Samaj at Atal Convention Centre in Chowk. Subsequently, he will leave for Delhi. The defence ministers visit holds significance as it underscores his commitment to engaging with constituents and participating in various developmental initiatives in the Lucknow constituency, said BJP media in-charge Praveen Garg.
