Cidco holds online lottery draw for 1,100 homes

Kharghar, Kalamboli and Ghansoli will be offering 59, 53 and 43 flats respectively for LIG applicants. Of the EWS homes Taloja node will have 39 homes whereas Dronagiri will have 34 homes.In the LIG category, 650 homes are being offered in Taloja node, while 222 flats will be at Dronagiri. EWS category is allotted under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The housing complexes are coming up at sector 21, 22 and 27 in Taloja, sector 40 in Kharghar, sector 15 in Kalamboli, sector 10 in Ghansoli, sector 11 and 12 at Dronagiri.

NAVI MUMBAI: The result of the online lottery for as many as 1,100 unsold flats of Cidco’s Mega Housing Scheme, that were part of the 14,838 homes offered in October last year, was declared on Thursday at Cidco Bhavan, CBD Belapur . The applicants who missed out last October’s draw for some reasons participated in large numbers for the 1,100 home offers, for which online applications were open from January 1 to 31. It had received an overwhelming 57, 700 valid applications.Houses under this scheme are coming up at 11 locations in five nodes of Navi Mumbai like Taloja, Kharghar Ghansoli , Kalamboli and Dronagiri. And 73 of 1,100 flats have been allotted for the applicants from Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and remaining 1, 027 were allotted to applicants from the Lower Income Group (LIG). EWS category is allotted under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Of the EWS homes Taloja node will have 39 homes whereas Dronagiri will have 34 homes.In the LIG category, 650 homes are being offered in Taloja node, while 222 flats will be at Dronagiri. The applicants whose average monthly family income is up to Rs 25, 000 were eligible under the EWS category. Applicants with an average monthly family of Rs 25, 001 to Rs. 50,000 applied under the LIG category. The total carpet area per flat under the EWS category is 25.81 square meter and the carpet area per flat under the LIG category is 29.82 square meter.“The EWS applicants who have registered themselves under PMAY may avail benefits of Rs 2.5 lakhs. Similarly, applicants under the LIG category may avail benefits up to Rs 2.67 lakhs under the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS),” said Priya Ratambe, public relations officer of Cidco.
