In just two months, the app shot to popularity. Over 900 residents have already started to use the app. Mehta said we have set a target to increase the number of members to 3,000. “We want more and more people to put in their complaints,” said Mehta. “We received a good response from the citizens. Now, we have decided to replicate the same idea in four to five other wards, including some on the western suburbs,” Gandhi said. The app provides all updates about the development works being in the ward. “The app has every information about the ongoing works in ward 70,” said Gandhi.
