After him, the flat was not rented out to any police officer due to the condition.Police commissioner Subodh Jaiswal started E-Awas scheme in order to rent out flats to police officers in Mumbai.Vinayak Narale, an officer who was transferred from Kolhapur to Mumbai, selected this flat in Taddev and went to stay in it. However, the Parsi community stopped him at the doorstep of the house and asked him to go back as he was a non-Parsi.
