Recently, the current members of Entrepreneurship cell of DAIMSR (E-Leap) were installed. They were team of 10 budding entrepreneurs, and were awarded a free Life Time membership of E-Leap. These E-Leapeans get an opportunity to become partners in the existing business (DAIMSR’S ADVAMPS Constultancy Services) or start their new Ventures using the resources of the cell. E-leap, the Entrepreneurship Center of Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies and Research, Nagpur, has been established by a group of innovative and business minded students of the Institute to create a group of young entrepreneurs.E-Leap moulds, nurture, motivate, train & help the innovative students to convert their dreams of starting their ventures into reality. It also helps them in improving their leadership qualities. It's a platform to convert the innovative ideas into paper, performing a feasibility study, designing business model, arranging finance, marketing and creating brand.52 applications were received online, 24 students were called for Personal Interview & 17 students were selected for playing Big-Boss Elimination Round. Every week 2/3 students were eliminated and the final selected members were 10.“The selection process was very competitive and enjoyable, I enriched myself with many new skill like how to Think and Act like Businessman, taking Decisions, Implementing Leadership skills, managing the Deadlines of the tasks & achieving Targets, Meeting & converting Clients, analysing Market Opportunities,Needs, Sellling and Branding products”, stated one of the proud selected member.The newly elected E-Leap team members are Nilay, Aditya, Neelam, Rohit, Shubham , Raunak, Mayur,Nidhi, Tejaswini and PranayThe scrutinization process was done by Big-Boss Ankit Abad (Co-Founder, ADVAMPS Consultancy Services, ALUMNI of DAIMSR),under the guidance of Dr. Mujahid Siddiqui and.
