RPF raids cyber café running illegal business of rail tickets in Nagpur

The RPF team seized some train tickets from the internet café and registered an offence against the café owner. NAGPUR: Acting on a tip-off, a team of Railway Protection Force (RPF) raided an internet café at Vaishali Nagar and detected an illegal business of railway tickets. The team seized the rail tickets, some cash, computers and mobile phones. The RPF registered a case against café owner Rupesh Meshram and started further investigations. The team found that 16 rail tickets were booked using the computers at the café.

NAGPUR: Acting on a tip-off, a team of Railway Protection Force (RPF) raided an internet café at Vaishali Nagar and detected an illegal business of railway tickets. The RPF team seized some train tickets from the internet café and registered an offence against the café owner. After getting instruction from Divisional Security Commissioner Ashutosh Pandey, Deputy Security Commissioner A K Swami led a team from Motibagh Station and raided Maurya Cyber Café at Vaishali Nagar. The team found that 16 rail tickets were booked using the computers at the café. The team seized the rail tickets, some cash, computers and mobile phones. The value of seized goods and cash was Rs 1.15 lakh. The RPF registered a case against café owner Rupesh Meshram and started further investigations.
