Accused Prabhakar Hole, 73, was convicted of molesting the girl in 2016. The court eventually held Hole guilty after hearing the arguments of both prosecution and defence. He had sneaked Hole, landlord of the survivor, had sneaked into his tenant’s residence to target the minor when her mother had gone out for work. Nagpur: A 73 year old man has been sentenced to three years in jail along with a fine of Rs 500 for molesting a seven year old innocent girl back two years back. Hole who has to serve rigorous imprisonment for three years, was the landlord of the survivor.
