When he challenged the evaluation, the marks shot up to 19 and the combined marking of paper I and II helped him score 60% in the subject.Unfortunately, by the time the revaluation result was announced, the seats were full in MSc as the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) was in advanced stage. To save a year, he was compelled to take admission in Master of Arts at Nagpur University’s (NU) postgraduate department. Thanks to NU’s rush to announce results in a jiffy, several such students were forced to compromise with their career plans this year. The BSc exams were over on June 6 while the results were out in flat 20 days on June 26.NU officials had boasted of processing a large number of results in a short span. Over 91% results were declared within the 30-day deadline prescribed by the Maharashtra Public Universities Act 2016. Of the 1,278 results announced by August, 1,167 came out within 30 days.
