Nagpur: Shri Rugvediya Poorwamnay Gowardhan Math Puri Peeth’s 145th Shrimad Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Shri Nishchalanand Sarawatiji Maharaj will be on a day’s visit to Nagpur on Saturday, February 23. Devotees of city can take this opportunity for Darshan and interaction with the Seer. Swamiji will also answer the questions of devotees on this occasion. Shrimad Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Shri Nishchalanandji is one of those saints in India whose guidance has been sought by organizations like UN and World Bank. In the World Peace Summit organized by UN in 2000 and in the World Faiths Development Dialogue organized by World Bank, written guidance of Swamiji was sought. In the modern age, the principles of Vedic Maths used in technologies for computers, mobile phones and even Space technologies, are given in the book ‘Swastik Ganit’ written by Swamiji. In the field of mathematics, his two books ‘Ank Padeeyam’ and ‘Ganit Darshan’ are published. Poojyapaad Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalanand Saraswati established ‘Peeth Parishad’ and ‘Aditya Vahini & Anand Vahini’. The main objective of these is ‘To protect the existence & principles of Hindus and the security & integrity of the nation while protecting the welfare of others.’ Poojyapaad Maharaj’s campaign is for making the human kind enlightened, tolerant to truth and self-dependent. He is effortful to achieve this aim.
