Teen girls harassed, FIR against 2

The FIR against Patil was lodged after he tried to intercept the survivor when she was returning home from school. Police said the survivor claimed that Taji would send messages through children from the neighbourhood. Nagpur: The city cops have booked two youths for making undue advances after two teenaged girls lodged complaints in separate incidents.In the first case, Sakkardara police have arrested Sultan Taji, 20, after 19-year-old survivor complained about the harassment by him. Taji and the survivor are neighbours. He used to intercept her and often make gestures trying to enter into a conversation.

The survivor approached the cops stating that Taji had been stalking her.In another case, 23-year-old Tejas Patil was booked by Koradi police for allegedly outraging the modesty of a 15-year-old girl in a bid to befriend her. The FIR against Patil was lodged after he tried to intercept the survivor when she was returning home from school. He is yet to be arrested.
