38-year-old dies under mysterious circumstances

38-year-old Jaydev Sahare was declared dead at Mayo hospital on Thursday after fighting for life for more than 24 hours. Police said Sahare and his wife were heading towards a friend's place at Kalamna when he collapsed on the ground. The body was fished out by fire brigade personnel.Bajaj Nagar police have registered a case of accidental death. His family was unaware of his whereabouts and had approached the Bajaj Nagar police station to lodge a missing complaint. It was shortly after registering the missing complaint that Kampillewar's body was found in the well.

Police said Sahare and his wife were heading towards a friend's place at Kalamna when he collapsed on the ground. He was also frothing from the mouth.Sahare's wife claimed that he had gone to relieve himself near a petrol pump and after returning started frothing from mouth. Sahare, a carpenter, lived with his family near Rani Durgawati Nagar Chowk. Kalamna police have registered the case as accidental death. Police said that Sahare's wife has claimed that her husband was in tension but it is not clear as to what had led him to take the drastic decision.Man duped of Rs9.04 lakhNagpur: MIDC police on Saturday booked four persons on the charge of duping a 37-year-old man of Rs9.04 lakh for buying a plot and constructing a building on it which was already sold to someone else.The four accused have been identified as Ashok Rahangdale, Deepak Singh Shingar, Ramdev Awade and Manohar Gaur.According to police, Ashok and Deepak allegedly approached victim Toofansingh Rahangdale saying that Ramdev had constructed a building on a plot in Bable Layout behind Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE) and wanted to sell it. Though they had already sold the property earlier this year, the accused made a deal worth Rs14.50 lakh with Toofansingh, who made an initial payment of Rs9.04 lakh, police said.Burglary at dreaded goon's residenceNagpur: Three persons, identified as Nitin Satpute, Rahul Satpute and Monu Satpute, have been booked for burgling the residence of a dreaded goon Sunny Samudre at Indira Gandhi Nagar near 12 Naal chowk on Thursday. The trio decamped with valuables worth Rs2.70 lakhs including cash Rs30,000.The offence has been lodged at Yashodhara Nagar police by Sunny's wife Priyanka as her husband is in jail now. It has been reliably learnt that Sunny was booked for outraging modesty of a woman after he had clashed with a family who are related to Satpute. Police said Priyanka has claimed that her residence was burgled when she had gone to meet her in-laws at Lakadganj.The Satputes are learnt to have entered the place after breaking open the lock of the front door before managing to lay their hands on the valuables kept in the almirah. Police said the burglary has taken place within 30 minutes. According to a senior official, the place was left ransacked and some valuables were also missing which had led to the registration of the offence.Man's body fished out of wellNagpur: The body of one Ashok Kampillewar (47) was fished out from a well belonging to Premlala Verma at Kachhipura shortly after midnight on Friday.Police said Kampillewar was an alcoholic and might have either taken a plunge into the well in a drunken state or fallen off the edge when he lost his balance. His family was unaware of his whereabouts and had approached the Bajaj Nagar police station to lodge a missing complaint. It was shortly after registering the missing complaint that Kampillewar's body was found in the well. The body was fished out by fire brigade personnel.Bajaj Nagar police have registered a case of accidental death.
