NOIDA: Poor civic redress trouble residents of sector 51 and industrial area sector 57. While sewer water from village Hoshiyarpur is left unattended near its outflow in F block of sector 51, a similar condition is being faced in sector 57 and 58 for the past 15 days due to negligence by the contractor leading workers to wade in the dirty water to approach neighbouring industrial outfits.“There’s pathetic condition in the so-called clean and green Noida. While there’s unattended sewer water near C-63 sector 57 from last 15 days, people especially workers are suffering with no measures to address the situation. They are compelled to walk in drain and sewage/dirty water which is not being drained,” said Sanjeev Kumar who works in the area.Kumar who’s also RWA general secretary sector 51, further complains of unattended sewer water from village Hoshiyarpur side left into the F block of sector 51. “The particular area has started stinking with filthy water. Also, it’s very dangerous for all occupants/residents in this area,” said Kumar who adds no response from authority on the matter yet.When contacted SC Gupta project engineer Noida Authority maintained that “since its sewer water, the matter is related to health and jal department and will be addressed by them.”
