Noida: The Noida Authority CEO suspended Lekhpal Manoj Singhal, posted at the land records department, for taking bribe from a farmer. A videoof the incident emerged recently and was shared several times on social media. Officials said, one of the farmers had shot the video and wrote to a senior Authority official. The Authority had, earlier this week, set up a three-member inquiry team to investigate the matter.The team found Singhal guilty under the rules of UP government services1956 and has been suspended .
