Power infra revamp in city by Jan 31

Noida: GB Nagar MP Mahesh Sharma held a review meeting of the work being done under the Centres Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) on Saturday along with Jewar MLA, district magistrate and officials of the power department. The officials maintained that around Rs 122 crore will be spent to revamp power infrastructure and work will be completed by January 31 next year.They also said old rusting transformers, poles, cables and feeders will be replaced as part of the project. Ensure all work under the RDSS scheme are completed in the stipulated period. Also, coordination with the public representatives is a must so that all the consumers of the district benefits, said Sharma.
