Staff Reporter :RAIPURRaipur Police's Cyber Cell on Wednesday claimed to have arrested a man who allegedly committed burglaries in three separate cloth stores and started his own shop with the stolen garments. Police sources further informed that the accused had committed burglaries in three separate cloth stores located in limits of Amanaka Saraswati Nagar and Gudhiyari Police Station limits. “With stolen clothes the accused had opened its own store at Birgaon areas in the name of Naveen Garments. Based on the inputs gathered from the accused investigators managed to recover stolen clothes and cash collectively worth Rs 3.51 lakh.

Staff Reporter : RAIPUR Raipur Polices Cyber Cell on Wednesday claimed to have arrested a man who allegedly committed burglaries in three separate cloth stores and started his own shop with the stolen garments. The sleuths of Cyber Cell arrested a 30-year-old man identified as Rinku Mourya (30) a resident of Birgaon under Urla police station in connection with burglaries took place in cloth stores located in separate areas of State capital said police sources elaborating that the accused had spent jail term in connection with burglary reported in limits of Kabir Nagar Police Station. Police sources further informed that the accused had committed burglaries in three separate cloth stores located in limits of Amanaka Saraswati Nagar and Gudhiyari Police Station limits. From the possession of the accused the sleuths have recovered valuables worth Rs 3.51 lakh. “With stolen clothes the accused had opened its own store at Birgaon areas in the name of Naveen Garments. Between December last year and March this year the accused had committed burglaries in three separate shops and since then police and cyber cell have launched a probe in this regard” informed police sources. Shedding more details about the arrest of the accused burglar police sources informed that on intervening night of May 4-5 the sleuths in night domination exercise spotted a man in suspicious condition outside a cloth store under Amanaka police station limits following which he was rounded-up for questioning. Meanwhile the sleuths have recovered an iron rod from him and during interrogation he admitted to committing burglaries in separate locations of the state capital. Based on the inputs gathered from the accused investigators managed to recover stolen clothes and cash collectively worth Rs 3.51 lakh. Three separate offences were registered against the accused in different police stations under Section 380 (theft in dwelling house etc) and 457 (lurking house-trespass or house-breaking by night in order to commit offence punishable with imprisonment) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) added police sources.
