Vijay Baghel alleged that every section of society has been adversely affected by mismanagement and corruption within the state contrasting the BJP's forthcoming manifesto with the perceived falsehoods of the Congress Party. He declared the BJP's intent to secure maximum seats in the upcoming election aiming to unseat Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. Responding to questions from the media Baghel clarified that the party has not set a specific seat target for the upcoming election. Baghel also dispelled rumors suggesting that the BJP would announce a face for the position of chief minister.

Govt marred in corruption: Vijay Baghel Our Correspondent KORBA Vijay Baghel Member of Parliament and State Convenor of the BJP Election Manifesto Committee has unleashed a barrage of accusations against the Bhupesh Baghel Government. Vijay Baghel alleged that every section of society has been adversely affected by mismanagement and corruption within the state contrasting the BJPs forthcoming manifesto with the perceived falsehoods of the Congress Party. Addressing the media at the District BJP office during his visit to the district Baghel revealed that he had received over 1.25 lakh suggestions from the public in the past month. He also outlined his plans for the manifestos preparation process indicating that 20 more days would be dedicated to collecting additional suggestions. Subsequently a 15-member committee will assess these suggestions with a focus on identifying successful schemes from 8-9 other states which will also be reviewed by the committee. The final manifesto will be formulated based on this extensive input. Baghel lamented the current state of affairs asserting that the existing government has plunged the state into a quagmire of protests and strikes. He declared the BJPs intent to secure maximum seats in the upcoming election aiming to unseat Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. Responding to questions from the media Baghel clarified that the party has not set a specific seat target for the upcoming election. Instead their primary goal is to protect the interests of the states underprivileged citizens and secure a substantial number of seats to form a government. Baghel also dispelled rumors suggesting that the BJP would announce a face for the position of chief minister. He emphasized that the partys symbol the lotus flower would serve as the partys face firmly denying any claims that he himself was the frontrunner for the chief ministers role in a BJP-led government
