Court reserves verdict on Saumya’s bail plea

A special Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court in Raipur on Friday reserved its verdict while hearing a bail plea of suspended deputy secretary Saumya Chaurasia, who is an accused in an alleged coal levy scam money laundering case, a government lawyer said. Also, the special PMLA court reserved its order while hearing a bail plea of Nitin Timbrewal in the alleged Mahadeo betting app scam, lawyer Saurabh Pandey said. A special PMLA judge Ajay Singh Rajput reserved Charasias bail plea till April 16 and Tibrewals bail plea till April 15.
