They took it back to hospital, where the child was immediately admitted to ICU.A doctor said that when the child was brought in, his body was all soiled and his condition was serious after a night out in the cold. "The baby was suffering from hypothermia but he's recovering fast and responding to treatment," he said.Kanker police filed an FIR against the teen mother and her parents, charging them under IPC sections 317 — exposure and abandonment of child — and Section 34 (common intention).
