Rajkot: A primary schoolteacher in Ukharala village primary school of Sihor taluka in Bhavnagar district was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly molesting a minor girl student.Police said Chandu Kamejalia (51), a resident of Sihor, used to call the 13-year-old class VIII girl to his office under the pretext of doing cleaning work and molested her.“Chandu had molested her several times since January 16. On Tuesday, when the victim was molested again, she summoned the courage and confided her sordid tale to her parents, following which villagers reached the school and thrashed Chandu after which they handed him over to the police,” an official from Songadh police station said.
