Man allegedly attempts to kill the family over property dispute

The villagers took them to Veraval hospital where the family members gave the statement to the police on Monday evening.Police charged Naran under section 307 of IPC for attempting to murder, he is absconding. His daughter-in-law Bhavna Lakhman Solanki lodge a police complaint alleging that her father-in-law had attempted to kill them earlier also. RAJKOT: A father allegedly attempted to kill his whole family of three sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren over a land issue in Aachadri village of Chorvad taluka in Junagadh district.According to police complaint, Naran Hamir Solanki allegedly mixed poison in flour of pearl millet, which is a common food in villages. “Naran’s father gave 7 hectare family land to Naran’s three sons instead of Naran but he wanted the ownership of the land and that’s why he tried to kill the whole family” the complaint reads.The family members'- Naran’s three sons and daughters-in-law and two grand children’s health deteriorate after having food on Sunday.
