Rajkot: A 55-year-old man was bludgeoned to death in Bhader village of Dhoraji taluka in Rajkot district on Wednesday. The body of Musa Sandh was found on Wednesday. “The murder was the result of a dispute between the Sanganis and Harubha Vaghela, who had leased out the land to Sandh for cultivation.On the day of murder, the accused were loading sand into the tractor when Sandh, who lived in Harubha’s farm, arrived and picked up a fight with them, following which the accused attacked him with spades, bludgeoning him to death,” added Gohil. Two accused were arrested for the murder.Sandh, a resident of Junagadh, had a land dispute with Jayanti Sangani and his son Vallabh Sangani of Bhader village, which resulted in the murder, said police.“On the complaint of Bhavsang Vaghela, near whose farm the murder was committed, we have booked Jayanti Sangani, Vallabh Sangani, Jayanti’s wife Shanta Sangani, his nephew Bhavin Sangani and labourer Alpesh Vathia for the crime,” said Patanvav police station sub-inspector K K Gohil.Of the accused, police have arrested Jayanti Sangani and Alpesh Vathia.
