"Meanwhile, JMM leader and former chairperson of state women commission Mahua Majhi took a dig at BJP, stating it exposes the real conduct of the party. The MP rejected the charge, saying "Mahto has lost his mind". The woman had also filed an online FIR in Katras police station on October 31 against one Ayodhya Thakur of physical exploitation. She offered the complainant to join JMM and added that the party strongly condemns the incident. I am in touch with Ajsu-P leaders and all likeminded people will fight together to give stable governments to the state and the Centre," he claimed.

RANCHI/BOKARO: Even as the spat between BJP's Bhagmara MLA Dhullu Mahto and Giridih MP Ravindra Pandey continues, the party's state high command on Saturday continued to feign ignorance about the issue, giving ammunition to JMM to continue attacking the ruling dispensation.Accused of sexual harassment by a party colleague, Mahto on Saturday addressed a press conference in Bokaro reiterating that Pandey has orchestrated a plot to malign him.On Thursday, a woman BJP worker attempted self-immolation in front of the Katras police station in Dhanbad , accusing Mahto of forcing her to make physical relationship with her. The woman had also filed an online FIR in Katras police station on October 31 against one Ayodhya Thakur of physical exploitation. Thakur is believed to be close to Mahto. No arrests were made, forcing the complainant to resort to the self-immolation bid, triggering a chain of reactions.Rubbishing the allegations, Mahto said Pandey has been hatching the conspiracy to dent his image. The MP rejected the charge, saying "Mahto has lost his mind". Sources said Mahto has been trying to position himself as a candidate for the Giridih MP seat ahead of next year's Lok Sabha polls, upsetting Pandey. However, the senior BJP leadership on Saturday said that no official complaint has been made to them by Mahto, Pandey or the woman yet.During an interaction with the media in Ranchi, state party president Laxman Gilua said: "We have read stories in the media, but no report has come from the district unit. So nothing can be said on it and we not aware about anything," Gilua said when asked on the party's stand over the MLA-MP spat.Gilua, accompanied by national general secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Bhupender Yadav, added: "The party is keeping an eye on the events and things will soon be sorted out amicably."Meanwhile, JMM leader and former chairperson of state women commission Mahua Majhi took a dig at BJP, stating it exposes the real conduct of the party. She offered the complainant to join JMM and added that the party strongly condemns the incident. "We will welcome her to our party for as women don't seem to be safe in BJP," she said, adding they will continue to protest against such atrocities. On the other hand, in response to BJP's deteoriating relationship with its ally Ajsu Party, Yadav said he is personally in touch with their leaders and all is well. "Wait for the right time. All our allies will stay with us. I am in touch with Ajsu-P leaders and all likeminded people will fight together to give stable governments to the state and the Centre," he claimed.
