An FIR has been registered against BJP candidate from Godda Nishikant Dubey in the case of grabbing a medical college worth crores. The case has been registered in Jasidih police station. On Saturday, an FIR was registered in Jasidih police station against BJP candidate cum outgoing MP Nishikant Dubey and his wife Anamika Gautam and others. The FIR has been lodged by 56 year old Shiv Dutt Sharma, resident of Bawanbigha. Mahagama MLA Deepika Pandey Singh has shared a news related to this information on her social media. According to the news shared by Deepika Pandey, a case has been registered against Nishikant Dubey for cheating and usurping Paritran Medical College and Hospital located at Dardmara border of Jasidih police station area as part of a conspiracy. In this regard, a case has been registered against him under sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 34. Shiv Dutt Sharma, who lodged the FIR, has said that in the year 2009, a consortium of banks led by Punjab National Bank gave a loan of Rs 93 crore to my institute, Paritran Medical College and Hospital, in exchange for mortgaging the land and giving mortgage to PMCH. The loan amount was approved. Also said that in 2009, the Indian Medical Council, New Delhi made some important changes in its policy for the establishment and operation of medical colleges and hospitals. Which could not be completed by my college and failed to get approval from MCI. Due to which PMCH could not start. Due to which my loan account was declared non-performing. Shiv Dutt Sharma has further said that after this, Goddas outgoing MP Nishikant Dubey and his wife Anamika Gautam put pressure on the banks and declared the loan account related to PMCH as NPA and Anamika Gautam has expressed her desire to become the owner of this institution through auction. During this, Nishikant Dubey won my trust by saying that he would find a partner for PMCH and rescue it from the financial crisis. Under which, on June 24, Nishikant Dubey talked about handing over the entire documents. After which a demand of Rs 25 lakh was made for the related expenses. For which I gave him Rs 20 lakh. After which my property sale notice was published in a newspaper. After which in the second week of December, I came to know that, on 22 November 2023, a new trust named Baba Baidyanath Medical Trust has been registered. Whose head office is at Dhawandeep Building, Jantar Mantar Road, New Delhi. Whose owner is Anamika Gautam, while her two sons are trustees. DRT PNB has notified the auction by Baba Baidyanath Medical Trust and Baba Baidyanath Medical Trust disregarded the rules and took permission for the auction at Rs 60 crore on December 20, which is in connivance with Nishikant Dubey, Anamika Gautam and concerned public servants. And that was the result of the conspiracy. In which Anamika, Vimal Kumar Agarwal, Vaibhav Kumar Agarwal, Veer Kumar Agarwal, Kanishkant Dubey, Mahinkant Dubey, Julie Agarwal, Ritu Agarwal, Devta Kumar Pandey became the trustees and secretaries of Baidyanath Medical Trust.
