The Indian Institute of Management Ranchi concluded a thriving chapter of the Yuva Sangam Phase IV by felicitating the participants from Punjab in a valedictory ceremony.   This flagship event of seven days of Yuva Sangam Phase IV offered a unique platform for student delegates to take exposure tours across various Indian states. This immersive experience gave them firsthand encounters with the rich tapestry of Indian culture, traditions, and perspectives. By venturing beyond their familiar surroundings, the delegates gained a deeper understanding and appreciation for the multifaceted nature of their nation.   During their stay at IIM Ranchi, Punjab, participants got a chance to explore Raj Bhawan, Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Pahadi Mandir, Jagannath Mandir, Dasam Falls, Patratu, Birsa Munda Museum, Netarhat Nature Camp and Residential School, Vikash Bharti NGO, Tagore Hills.   The valedictory ceremony began with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the dispelling of ignorance and the pursuit of knowledge, setting the stage for a day of reflection and celebration. The presence of Sumrai Tete, a legendary figure in Indian hockey and a Dhyan Chand Awardee, inspired the young minds gathered.   Her passionate address resonated with the gathering, in which she provocatively shared her experience of representing India in Manchester in the 2002 Common Wealth Games. In her short but evocative address, she extended her goodwill message to both the states and the august gathering, making the event a resounding success.   The student participants from Punjab shared their rich experiences in Jharkhand, some in the form of speech addresses and others in the form of poems.   Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, director of IIM Ranchi, felicitated the dignitaries. Professor Sandeep Kaur, faculty of Central University Punjab, further exemplified the spirit of Yuva Sangam by expressing her gratitude to everyone who contributed to the programs success. Her thanks extended beyond dignitaries and organizers, encompassing student volunteers, mess vendors, and even security guards. Building on Professor Kaurs message, Professor Rajinder reiterated the powerful notion of "think globally and act locally."  He further hailed the 2000 years of Punjabs history of struggle and glory.   Following this, Professor Jagan Kumar Sur, the Nodal Officer of Yuva Sangam IV, extended the Vote of Thanks. The event concluded on a joyous note with the cultural performance.
