75th Anniversary of Hazaribag Civil Court celebrated

A function was organized on Thursday at the Nyay Sadan building in Hazaribag Civil Court complex.The main objective of the event was to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Civil Court.The program was inaugurated by Principal District Judge Satya Prakash Sinha, Family Judge Sanjeev Das and Bar Association President Rajkumar by lighting the lamp.On this occasion, all the judicial officers of the Civil Court, executive members of Hazaribag Bar Association and all the Civil Court employees were present. In the program, Principal District Judge Satya Prakash Sinha said that the action of justice administration moves forward only with everyones cooperation and everyone has an important contribution in it.Taking this cooperative attitude forward, he also appealed to everyone for prompt execution of pending promises.He also said that everyone will have to work together to prepare for the changes in the new law.He also said that he expresses his gratitude to all the people who have helped the civil court reach this stage.He also said that he expresses his gratitude to those advocates or employees who did not get a chance to participate in this program due to lack of time and resources. In the program, Family Judge Sanjeev Das said that in the past and present, Hazaribagh district as well as Hazaribag Civil Court is standing at new heights of development.He stressed on it to move forward continuously, while Bar Association President Rajkumar told the history of Hazaribag Bar Association and the history of coordination between Hazaribag Civil Court and Bar Association. On behalf of the Hazaribag Bar Association family, he assured everyone that the civil court administration will always get support from the Bar Association.On this occasion, the court administration honored the senior advocates of the Bar Association, Dhan Kumar Jain, Swaroop Chand Jain, Yunus Warsi, Surendra Prasad Karna, Digambar Mehta, Vijay Kumar Singh and Dilip Kumar Mukherjee by giving mementos.Whereas advocate Manohar Prasad, Bhaiya Ashok Kumar and Shashi Bhushan Lal could not attend due to some reason.In the same sequence, Civil Court employees Sunil Kumar Sinha, Mohammad Mukhtar Hussain, Prasannajit Ghosh and Manohar Upadhyay were honored with mementos.Due to unavoidable reasons, Amal Kumar Dev could not attend.Judicial officer Shivani Sharma was conducting the stage in the program. The vote of thanks was given by Civil Court Registrar Mohit and he expressed his gratitude to everyone for making this program a success, especially to the Chief District Judge, all the judicial officers, all the employees and the officials of the Bar Association and thanked everyone.
