BSL organizes embarking on a new journey program for Retirees

In a bid to equip retiring employees from the Bokaro Steel Plant, who are set to retire in May 2024, with the necessary knowledge and management skills to navigate post-retirement life, the Human Resource Development Center organized the "Embarking on a New Journey" program on May 10.   The program commenced with a warm welcome from Manager (Personnel-Final Settlement),  Kalpana, who briefed the audience about the purpose of the event along with insights into the new medical claim scheme. Dr. Jaya Lakshmi, Medical Officer (Medical and Health Services), and yoga specialist Krishna Bandhu Mishra enlightened the steel workers about health management.   Deputy Manager (Finance and Accounts) Deepshikha provided detailed information on financial management to the attendees. Chief Manager Mukesh Kumar, Manager Shikha Singh, and Kundan Kumar from Bank of Baroda advised the gathering on investment options and banking facilities. Sangita Kumari, ACT (Personnel-Final Settlement), shared details about the concluding activities of the program.   The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Manager (Personnel-Final Settlement) Kalpana, expressing gratitude to all participants.
