Now more than 20 thousand people from different backgrounds have joined this popular platform X or Twitter. This achievement is a testament to the growing interest in the coal sector and CCLs efforts to connect with stakeholders through social media.  Coal Minister Pralhad Joshi tweeted and congratulated the team of CCL. CIL Chairman, PM Prasad has congratulated the CCL team for this achievement. He appreciated CCLs efforts in leveraging Twitter to share updates, news and insights about the coal industry, underscoring the importance of social media in disseminating information and connecting with the public. Head of Department (CC and PR), Alok Kumar, while thanking all the followers, said that the team members are thrilled to see the increasing interest in the coal sector from the stakeholders. Inspired by the feedback received from all the followers, we are trying to make better use of new technologies for effective communication. .We will continue to make meaningful use of social media platforms to connect with stakeholders, share information and promote transparency in the coal sector." The official Twitter handle of CCL, RanchiCCL, was launched to provide updates, news related to CCL. This handle is actively sharing information on CCLs coal production, mining operations, safety initiatives and corporate social responsibility activities and other activities. CCL is committed to leveraging technology to improve communication and engagement with stakeholders.
