The court of the additional district and sessions judge number 3 of the civil courts Daltonganj today sentenced 4 accused  one of them a woman to life imprisonment and fine to the tune of rupees 7,500 to be deposited by each of the four in a murder case lodged with the Chainpur police station way back on 20.12.20 read a note of the prosecution cell of the office of the SP Palamu.    In the event of non compliance with the order of paying fine the 4 will undergo 3 months more imprisonment and fine amount for each of the four will be 5000 rupees more.    Among the four sentenced to life imprisonment are the father, two sons and wife of the one son.    The 4 lifers have been identified as Ramawtar Pasee, Guddu Pasee, Mahesh Pasee and Sunita Devi, wife of Guddu Pasee.    The case in brief is that on the night of 19.12.20 these 4 accused now lifers had murdered Ajay Ram with an axe and his body was thrown in a water body.    Ajay Rams son Vikas Pasee had lodged the FIR against these 4 with the Chainpur police station on 20.12.20.   Police officer Mukesh Kumar Sao had investigated the case.
