For all the fitness enthusiasts of Ranchi, an event to create awareness and highlight the aspects of wellness is being organised in the coming week. Scheduled to kick start on July 16, the 3- day event called Celebrate Health will take place at VJ Floor of Dance at Kathal More, Ranchi The workshop is being organised by the owner of VJ Floor of Dance Vijay Singh and is for both men and women across all age groups. Dubai based fitness expert Sanghmitra Singh founder of fitness academy YogMitra will be conducting the sessions on health and fitness. The main purpose of this workshop is to create awareness around health. As a part of the workshop, there will be emphasis on regular diet for all and womens health. A wide range of activities and discussions have also been lined up to promote integrated health. The workshop will also have something to offer for everyone- a beginner looking to start their fitness journey or a health freak, said Singh. Leading the sessions will be Sangmitra Singh founder of YogMitra who is known for integrating yoga and Zumba and creating a harmonious fitness routine that balances both high- energy workouts with restorative practices.  Singhs is also known for her approach on practical and easy-to-do workouts that can easily included in ones daily lifestyle. At this academy, we have classes for ladies during the week and for kids on weekends. We give a lot of stress on fitness for ladies. During this workshop with YogMitra she will be sharing her vast knowledge with us. Discussions on mental health and sustainable fitness practices will also be held, added Singh. Attendees can participate in the 3- day workshop for a price of Rs 750 on July 16, July 17 and July 18 from 6:30 am to 8:30 am.
