State BJP spokesperson Pratul Shahdev today made serious allegations against the State government in a press conference. Shahdev said that todays appointment letter ceremony was organized only to brighten the face of the Chief Minister. Pratul said that this was a programme to pretend to distribute jobs for cheap popularity, through which the youth were cheated. Pratul said that the Bharatiya Janata Party had made serious allegations on the PGT examination. Thousands of youth are protesting against it on the streets. Lakhs of candidates were waiting for justice. Meanwhile, the government organized the appointment ceremony in a hurry. He said that strong evidence of corruption was found in the PGT examination. 70% to 80% of the appointments were made to the candidates of only two examination centres. More than 500 candidates were successful from Shreya Infotech Centre of Bokaro. BJP kept demanding to get this entire matter investigated by CBI or any competent agency. But in haste, this government kept making a mess. Pratul said that the state government got the PGT exam conducted by the same agency whose old track record is also controversial. All the examinations conducted by this agency have been accused of corruption. Pratul said that if the governments intentions were clear, then it could have organized this ceremony on the announced date during the tenure of former CM Champai Soren. But the appointment ceremony was deliberately stopped. Chief Minister Champai Soren was removed from the post. Hemant Soren was made to distribute appointment letters only to brighten his face. Pratul said that for almost 4 years, this government kept cheating the youth. Till date, neither local policy nor planning policy has been made. The government itself has admitted in the assembly that instead of the 25 lakh appointments announced in the last 5 years, only 11,344 have been made, which includes thousands of Panchayat Secretary candidates who fought against the government and got appointment from the Supreme Court. Pratul said that the Great Eye Wash Circus has started in Jharkhand. The government is giving lollipops to the youth by calling them appointment letters. 25 lakh jobs should have been created in the last 5 years. Pratul said that even now the accused of graduate level examination are being caught by JSCC. Another arrest was made yesterday. But why was it that neither the PGT examination was investigated nor SIT was formed. Just appointment letters were directly distributed. Pratul said that the Bharatiya Janata Party stands shoulder to shoulder with every struggle of the youth. But in Hemant Government 1, 2 and 3, corruption was made a courtesy. Yuva Morcha State Vice President Surya Prabhat and State Minister Shaurya Pooja Singh were also present in the press conference.
