Judicial Academy Jharkhand, Ranchi is organizing an international workshop on Transnational Crimes under the aegis of National Judicial Academy, Bhopal on 13th and 14th of July2024. This two -day workshop is being organized with the collaboration of two eminent international organizations i.e.FJC (Federal Judicial Center) Washington and CEELI (Central and Eastern European Law Initiative) Parague the Federal Judicial Center is the education and research agency for Federal Courts of United States.  Whereas CEELI institute Is an independent, nonprofit and nongovernmental organization striving to advance rule of law  The CEELI Initiatives  the development in the field of world economy and technology has augmented in the rise of transnational crimes network. moreover these types of crimes are not even easily detectable. India is also a victim of transnational crimes and it is negatively affecting our socio and economic fabric. The main motive of this workshop is to make the Indian judicial officers aware about the Transnational Crimes the precautionary measures and its application to prevent and capture. . And the workshop will be attended by 25 judicial Officers from every state of India who are nominated by respective high courts and they will be guided by  faculty (Trainers of FJC  united states faculty(Judge Sanders) and CEELI observer Ms. (Monika) along with the selected judicial officers of the (National Judicial Academy).The workshop will be comprising of four parts and every parts of the workshop will be dealing with the topics related to digital evidence, trafficking in person , transnational narcotics cases and transnational wildlife  trafficking . These two days workshop on "Transnational Crimes will be initiated by Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar Shashi with the opening remarks
