Bokaro DC encourages girls to be role models at 40th Flag-Off Ceremony

Deputy Commissioner Ajay Nath Jha attended the 40th Flag-Off Ceremony at Kalyan Gurukul, Chas, where 33 girls who completed a two-month training in smart mobile phone operations were selected for employment at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru. Appointment letters were distributed by the DC and other dignitaries.   Addressing the trainees, the DC urged them to work with honesty and dedication, avoid shortcuts, and fulfill their responsibilities sincerely. He inspired them to become role models for other girls and contribute meaningfully to society.   On the occasion, the DC also planted saplings and reviewed training facilities like the smart mobile and computer labs. He recommended extending the course duration and introducing new skill-based programs.   District Welfare Officer N. S. Kujur, institution head Ram Bali Giri, and representatives of the Prajha Foundation congratulated the girls and encouraged them to move forward with confidence.
