New DC asks officials to improve performance, achieve 100% targets

Deputy Commissioner Kumar Tarachand held a meeting with the officials of all departments in the Collectorate Auditorium on Saturday. On this occasion, the officials of all the departments introduced themselves to the Deputy Commissioner and informed him about the activities and ongoing schemes of the department. On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that all the departments should review their respective works, schemes being run here, and targets and ensure 100% target achievement. If there is any kind of problem, then a solution will be found together. Make preparations in advance to identify beneficiaries in the schemes already being run, only then the target can be achieved on time.  The DC asked officers to keep reviewing schemes continuously. After conducting Gram Sabha in all the schemes, take approval of the schemes from the block level committee and send it to the district level so that it can be approved as soon as the state order is received. I will be available 24 hours a week to resolve any kind of problem. I will regularly take forward the work done in the previous years and new things will also be added to it. In the review of the health department, the DC reviewed the Sadar Hospital, Community Health Center, Primary Health Center, Health Sub Center, availability of doctors and specialist doctors in the district, vaccination, institutional delivery. Also, the samples received from the blocks for blood test should be sent to the district for testing on the same day when the samples are received in the blocks. DPM should review the health data.  The DC also reviewed other departments including Panchayati Raj, Social Security, Supply Department, District Planning, ITDA, Education Department, PHED, Social Welfare, Land Acquisition Department, Mining, Election, Transport, Cooperation, Sports Department, Registration, Land Conservation, Garden, Products, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy, Fisheries, Watershed, Planning, Tourism, Labor, State Tax, REO, Rural Development Special Division, Building Division and directed to achieve hundred percent target in the schemes. Instructions were given to complete the pending schemes. Deputy Development Commissioner Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat, ITDA Project Director Sushma Neelam Soreng, Additional Collector Jitendra Munda, Sub-Divisional Officer Amit Kumar along with all district level officers and others were present in the meeting.
