There are a total of 565 listed hospitals under Ayushman Bharat Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Out of these, 240 are government hospitals and 325 are private hospitals. Out of these, 14 hospitals are currently suspended. Due to NAFU being triggered, the claims of 26 government and 85 private hospitals, i.e. a total of 111 hospitals, are being investigated. To resolve this problem, action is being taken in the light of the guidelines of the National Health Authority, New Delhi and the National Health Authority is being contacted continuously. TMS 2.0 has been implemented in Jharkhand from 10 February 2025, in which many technical problems came to the fore such as single cycle of dialysis, inability to book packages of chemo and radiation of cancer patients together, inability to upload details related to their hospital by hospitals in Hem 2.0, problems like these have been resolved by coordinating with the NHA. Jharkhand State Arogya Samiti organized workshops for private listed hospitals twice at the state level. Hospitals were also trained through video conferencing. Due to technical reasons, payments could not be made to 193 private hospitals, but the problem has been resolved and pending claims will be paid within the next two to three days. At present, payments are being made to 200 government listed hospitals. Action will be taken as per the rules after receiving the CEA i.e. Clinical Establishment Act document of the remaining 33 hospitals.
