MoS Defence meets Sikh pilgrims from Ranchi

Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth met the group going on the pilgrimage of Shri Hemkund Sahib at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi and encouraged them and wished them a successful journey. The group of 170 devotees who left Ranchi yesterday for the pilgrimage of Shri Hemkund Sahib Ji from Krishna Nagar Colony Ratu Road reached Delhi this morning and visited Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib, Gurudwara Shri Rakabganj Sahib and Gurudwara Shri Sheeshganj Sahib Ji and bowed to Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and received blessings. When Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth got the information about the group being in Delhi, he reached Gurudwara Bangla Sahib in Delhi at 2:30 pm and met the members of the group going on the pilgrimage of Shri Hemkund Sahib Ji and encouraged them and wished them a successful journey. World famous Kirtani Jatha of Sikh sect Bhai Chamanjit Singh Ji also reached Gurudwara Shri Sheeshganj Sahib to meet the Jatha and met the members of the Jatha and wished them a successful journey, he also provided breakfast packets to all the members involved in the journey. Media in-charge of Satsang Sabha Naresh Papneja told that the Jatha left for Rishikesh from Delhi by bus at 8:30 pm after visiting Gurudwara Shri Sheeshganj Sahib Ji. The journey to Shri Hemkund Sahib will start from Govind Dham on 6th June and everyone will reach Shri Hemkund Sahib on 8th June.
