The Learning & Development Department of Bokaro Steel Plant organized an awareness program on the theme "Understanding Various Aspects of Service Contracts" for over 70 contractors. The objective was to equip the contractors working with BSL with a clear understanding of key service contract provisions and statutory compliances to ensure that outsourced work is executed efficiently, transparently, and lawfully.   Shubham Verma, Senior Manager (Contracts Cell – Sankarya) and Sujoy Dutta, Deputy General Manager (HR – Contract Labour Cell), participated as faculty members and shared their valuable insights on important aspects of service contract management.   The session was coordinated by Amit Anand, Assistant General Manager (Learning & Development). The successful execution of the program was supported by Rishikesh Ranjan and Sidho Charan Murmu from the Learning & Development team.   This initiative reflects BSLs commitment to building a legally aware, safety-conscious, and capable contractor workforce aligned with its standards of operational excellence and long-term strategic goals.
