A shocking video of a fight between traffic police and auto-rickshaw drivers at Katahal More of the State Capital became viral on social media on Monday. The incident happened when the traffic policemen were managing the traffic and they had an argument with an auto driver over some issue. It is clear in the video that the argument gradually heated up and a scuffle broke out between the two sides. The fight escalated to such an extent that the situation went out of control. It is seen in the viral video that an auto driver attacked a traffic policeman with a stone. The traffic policemen immediately fell to the ground after being hit by the stone. A crowd of local people gathered after the incident. A Home Guard jawan was seriously injured in this incident. The name of the injured jawan is Rohit Kumar Ganju, who hails from Chatra district. He fell to the ground after being hit by the stone. After this, he was immediately rushed to Sadar Hospital for treatment, where his CT scan was done. Sadar Hospital Emergency Ward Incharge Dr. BK Bakhla said that Rohit had a severe head injury, so his CT scan was done. However, it was not considered necessary to admit him at the moment and he was discharged. Further treatment will be considered only after the CT scan report comes. So far no official statement has been issued by the police in this case as to what action has been taken against the auto driver or what was the whole reason behind the incident. This incident has once again highlighted the issue of increasing tension and violence between the police and the common people on the road.
