The civilization and culture of India is a common creation of many streams, communities and traditions, in which tribal (the spirit of Adivasi and forest dwellers is one.). The tribes of India are not only the oldest of this land, society but they have lived a complete and consistent life-philosophy, which became the origin of Indian thinking. A philosophy that keeps the balance between nature, society and individual at the centre. This philosophy has lived in scriptures or classical languages, but in legends, folk songs, oral traditions, rituals and way of life. The solution to various problems of the present world is possible from this tribal point of view. If you want to save and increase the entire world, then the tribal way of life is the only way. The tribal life is based on the supremacy of nature, the spirit of collectivism and human equality. Munda, Santhal, Bhil, Gond, Kudukh, Ho, and other tribes may be linguistic or culturally diverse, but there is amazing equity in their life-scholars. Their gods are in the form of mountains, rivers, land, trees and animals, which are worshiped as gratitude to nature. Not as ownership. In this philosophy, the ideal of gender equality, justice distribution and self -sufficiency is born. Michael Morriss book "Tribal: How the Cultural Instincts the Divide as Can Help Bring as Together" investigates how cultural tendencies shape both partition and unity in human society. The tribal tendency deeply considers why people form close groups, rally around shared beliefs and protect traditions, which are inspired by a deep desire for a sense of connection, praise and belonging. Whether in sports, business or cultural identity, these trends affect behaviour and decisions. One of the insights of the tribal thinking tradition is that tribal tendencies are not only the system of survival, but the foundation of human success. The initial man is not the strongest but with cooperation. Constant hunting and activities such as community pasture require to share teamwork, plan and knowledge. Unlike other societies, tribal life developed a colleague tendency, allowing them to learn through observation and simulation. This capacity led to advanced equipment use, problem-solution and establishment of social structures. Rituals and symbols further strengthened the group harmony by combining practical and symbolic functions, strengthening faith and shared purpose. This is the life-vision that colonial India "marginalized in the name of progress, development and modernity. The nexus of state, administration and capital evicted the tribal society from its water, forest and land, termed his deities as a myth and his knowledge as a prevalent superstition. From the education system to cultural discourse, the colonial view of considering tribal philosophy as a secondary consciousness has changed today. Today, the research of the sociologist of this developed society concludes that the identity of the tribal group was strengthened through shared stories, rituals and tendencies. Traditions strengthen the feeling of belongingness, and help to create a stronger, more inclusive community than understanding these dynamics. A revelation of Amy Kudi, one of Colombia, a famous professor and one of the great social and cultural psychologists, the paradigm-transformation, which clarifies our tribal trends and shows us how to use them to bring positive changes. Columbia professor Michael Morris argues, our tribal tendency is a secret weapon of humanity. Our tribal species is the only society that lives in groups sticking together with its specific cultures that can develop far ahead of the clans. Tribal exposes the deepest mysteries of our psychology and gives us equipment to manage our wrongly misunderstanding superpower. These tribal tendencies enable us to share knowledge and goals and work as a team to convey the accumulated pool of cultural knowledge to the next generation. Tribal tendencies explain our loyalty and hidden methods that they affect our thoughts, actions and identities. Instead of ridiculing tribal impulses for their irrationality, we can identify them as a powerful lever that enhances the power of the society, fills the cracks, and gives the direction of cultural changes. The ongoing modern research in the world suggests that it completely changes traditional knowledge so that we think about our tribes. We should be proud of the tribal thinking tradition based on the Adivasi philosophy which subconsciously suits the dynamics of the group. New research suggests that our most personal beliefs also take shape by the tribes we live. The life of tribal society is the lesson of freedom and this freedom controls our aspirations and inspires the society to be associated with collectively. At the last stage of development, research on the future of the tribal society and the future of the future is a meaningful vision to save the entire creation.
