Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Thursday attacked the JMM - Congress government and called for fighting the third battle of independence in the state. Addressing a press conference organized at the BJP state office on the completion of 50 years of Emergency, Giriraj Singh said that Emergency has become a symbol of barbarism, so no one should think of killing democracy again in the country. Today, the JMM/Congress government in Jharkhand is the same as Indira ji. Today, in the greed of power, this government is planning to end the existence of Jharkhand even more than the Emergency. Giriraj Singh has said that today Jharkhand is on a pile of gunpowder and that gunpowder is Jamai Tola. Giriraj Singh said that on the one hand, Bangladeshis are being identified in the country, on the other hand, they are being welcomed by laying a red carpet for them in Jharkhand. The number of tribals here is decreasing day by day. This state cannot be identified without tribals. The youth here will have to agitate to save the existence of tribals and the identity of Jharkhand and only todays youth can do this. He said that only when the tribals survive, there will be a leader of the tribals. He said that except Jharkhand, all other states of the country have implemented the PESA law, the Hemant government should implement it. The state government should give the tribals the right to forest and mining. He appealed to the youth of Jharkhand to rise above party spirit and come forward and said that a plan should be made to continue this struggle. Targeting the opponents, Giriraj Singh said that Rahul Gandhi is abusing the country outside the country. There is no answer to theatrics, if there is any data then Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav should tell. He said that if there was no democracy in the country, would anyone abuse the country, during the Emergency, someone questioned Indira Gandhi, he was crushed. The Union Minister urged Akhilesh Yadav and Rahul Gandhi to ask those who went to jail during the Emergency. Today in Jharkhand, Congress is in government in alliance with RJD and Lalu. Targeting JMM government, he said that he is a symbol of nepotism and hence there is no answer to theatrics. On the completion of 50 years of Emergency, Giriraj Singh held a press conference in Ranchi. At the same time, in Saraikela, Union Minister for Women and Child Development Annapurna Devi told the history of the dark chapter of Emergency imposed by the Congress and strongly criticized the Congress government and the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
