  • | Sunday | 29th June, 2025

A campaign has been started to support the libraries established in various Panchayat Bhawans of Patratu block by providing books. This campaign has been started by the Interact Club formed in Shri Agrasen School Bhurkunda in collaboration with Rotary Club Ranchi. This campaign started with a simple ceremony organized in Sundar Nagar Panchayat Bhawan on Saturday. Under the campaign, various Hindi and English magazines suitable for children and villagers will be made available to the library every month. Starting the campaign, Rotary Club Ranchi President Gaurav Bagroy said that this campaign will enrich the knowledge of children and villagers. Our club is feeling proud to be a part of this campaign to spread knowledge. The biggest thing is that the Interact Club, formed a few days ago, thought of this project and has also started efforts to bring it to the ground. This effort of theirs is commendable.  Efforts will be made to expand it further in the coming times. Patratu Block Mukhiya Sangh President Vyas Pandey praised the campaign and said that books are a sea of knowledge. In the modern era, the trend of reading books has decreased. This campaign will be successful in creating interest in people again. On this occasion, school director Praveen Rajgarhia said that big changes come from small initiatives. We should also take care of our duty and always try to give something good to the society. Interact Club President Smriti Toppo said that this is our first project. The entire club is excited about it. Club Secretary Rishu Gupta said that the magazine being made available will prove to be a medium of knowledge and entertainment for every reader. People will connect with books. While distributing the magazine among the people present, an appeal was made to support the campaign. On this occasion, Panchayat Samiti member Rohit Soni, Mukhtar Singh, Ravindra Singh Chaddha, Amit Agarwal, Ankit Vishwakarma, Sonam Khatoon and members of Interact Agrasen were present.
