Now one will not have to go to Bihar for any land related matters of the Defence Department in Jharkhand. Its hearing will now be done in Ranchi itself. Very soon the office of Defence Estate Department will be opened in Ranchi by the Ministry of Defence. On the initiative of Minister of State for Defence and Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth, the Ministry of Defence has given its approval. It is known that till now there was no Defence Estate Office in Jharkhand. Neither were any of its officers deputed. Due to this, to resolve the problems related to defence land in Jharkhand, people had to go to the Defence Estate Office located in Danapur, Bihar. People used to visit Bihar to get No Objection Certificate for matters related to army land and many such permissions. The people of Jharkhand will now get relief from that. Many times it took a lot of time to resolve the issues, due to which the citizens had to face inconvenience. Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth showed seriousness about this whole matter and talked to the Director General of Land Estate. The Minister of State for Defence also suggested that its sub-office should be opened in Ranchi. Its proposal should be prepared immediately. On the initiative of Sanjay Seth, the Ministry of Defence has given its immediate approval. Permission was also given to depute an officer and other employees on a regular basis in Ranchi. After the office opens here, the people of Jharkhand including Ranchi will not have to go to Bihar to resolve the matter related to army estate and land. Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth informed that many times he also faced such problems that people had to go to Danapur in Bihar for small matters. He has taken this initiative to solve these problems, which has brought positive results. Very soon its sub-office will open in Ranchi and the people of the area will get relief from big problems.
