Land Valuation Meeting Held in Bokaro for Proposed IMC under AKIC

Bokaro: A key meeting was held at Bokaro Circuit House to discuss land valuation for the proposed Integrated Manufacturing Cluster (IMC) under the Amritsar-Kolkata Industrial Corridor (AKIC), planned at Bhatua mouza.   The meeting was chaired by Anjaneyulu Dodde, Director of Land Acquisition, Land Records and Survey. Among those present were BSL Director In-Charge B.K. Tiwari, Deputy Commissioner Ajay Nath Jha, Director of Industries Vishal Sagar, DPLR Menka, Additional Collector Md. Mumtaz Ansari, SDO Chas Pranjal Dhanda, and other officials from district administration and BSL.   The discussion focused on fair land valuation, considering local market rates and existing valuation registers. BSL was asked to submit a proposal within a week for 740 acres, classifying land as agricultural, industrial, and commercial. The district land acquisition office will also prepare a proposal based on average registration rates from the past three years.   DC Ajay Nath Jha stated that the project will strengthen Bokaros industrial profile, promote regional development, and open new employment avenues. Final land rates will be decided in the next meeting.
