DPS Bokaro celebrated its 39th Foundation Day with a vibrant display of cultural programmes, student awards, and messages of inspiration. The event was graced by Chief Guest Ajay Nath Jha (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro, who appreciated the schools contribution to academic excellence and value-based education.   Shatabdi Majumdar (IAS), Deputy Development Commissioner, and Rajnish Kumar (IFS), Divisional Forest Officer, encouraged students to remain rooted in values and give back to society. The occasion was also attended by several distinguished principals including Soumen Chakraborty (GGPS, Sector-V), Abhishek Kumar (GGPS, Chas), Suraj Sharma (Chinmaya Vidyalaya), P. Shailja Jayakumar (Shree Ayyappa Public School), Dr. Manisha Tiwari (DPS Chas), and Ranjeet Kumar (Aadarsh Vidya Mandir)—many of whom are proud alumni of DPS Bokaro.   In his address, Principal Dr. A.S. Gangwar extended heartfelt greetings to all guests and congratulated the achievers. He reiterated the schools vision of nurturing socially responsible, progressive individuals and highlighted the need for strong parent-student engagement in value-building.   The event featured captivating cultural performances, including the orchestral presentation and dances titled Monsoon and Celebrations. A special assembly by the Primary Wing showcased the talents of young learners. Over 200 students were felicitated for academic excellence, including SSE and SSCE toppers and perfect scorers. The highlight of the ceremony was Medha, the special prize segment, and the release of the quarterly magazine Zenith.
