In alignment with its unwavering commitment to community development and heritage preservation, NTPC Mining Limiteds Pakri Barwadih Coal Mining Project (PB-CMP) has extended financial support of ?15,11,137 towards the renovation and beautification of the Shaheed Smarak located in Hazaribag. This initiative falls under the companys Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework.   As part of this esteemed effort, PB-CMPs Project Head, Shri Subrat Kumar Dash, formally handed over a cheque of ?7,55,168 to Deputy Commissioner of Hazaribag, Shri Shashi Prakash Singh. This payment represents the final tranche of the sanctioned amount, marking a significant milestone in the collaborative endeavor between PB-CMP and the district administration.   The rejuvenation of the Shaheed Smarak stands as a heartfelt tribute to the indomitable sacrifices of Indias martyrs. NTPCs active participation in preserving national heritage and fostering socio-cultural progress in the region reflects its longstanding dedication to nation-building.   Once completed, the renovated memorial is expected to serve as a beacon of inspiration for future generations, providing a dignified homage to the freedom fighters who laid the foundation of our independence.
