Setting an inspiring example of selfless service, Inderjit Singh, founder president of the social organisation Aagaaz, donated platelets for the second time in just eight days. With this contribution, he has completed 26 platelet donations to date. According to the blood bank, a patient in urgent need of platelets for treatment was identified, following which Inderjit Singh was contacted. Without delay, he reached the facility and completed the donation. Speaking on the occasion, Inderjit Singh appealed to citizens, saying, Every healthy person should regularly come forward to donate blood and platelets when the need arises. Your contribution can save someones life. During the donation, Jagjit Singh from the Bahadur Khalsa Gatka Group was also present in support. Inderjit Singh has consistently championed the cause of voluntary blood donation, motivating many in the community to join such life-saving efforts.
