A ReporterSHILLONG: The Labour Department in collaboration with the Meghalaya State Skills Development Society (MSSDS) under the umbrella of the Government Project 'Supporting Human Capital Development in Meghalaya' (SHCDM) assisted by ADB observed the World Youth Skill Day today here at U Soso Tham Auditorium, Shillong. He also urged upon the trainers to extend all possible help to the trainees in order to get them established in life. During the programme, the Deputy Chief Minister along with other dignitaries released the Skill Brochures and also distributed certificates to the trainees who have completed their skill training in various programmes. Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya and CEO, MSSDS, D. P. Wahlang, Executive Director, MSSDS, B. Hajong and Labour Commissioner, B. Mawlong was also present at the programme.
