KANGRA: In a run up to assembly polls in Himachal Pradesh , Bhartiya Janta Party ( BJP ) on Friday released election jingle sung by a Bollywood singer against congress government in Yuva Hunkar Rally held here. The party also introduced a donation portal for upcoming polls in state. On this occasion, an animated chargesheet was also launched comprising list of corruption cases against the state government.Targeting Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh , BJP national president Amit Shah said he is not resigning and sticking to CM's chair holding badges of corruption on his chest. The animated chargesheet contained comic characters raising issues of corruptions.The party leaders had set the target of gathering one lakh youths from across the state for this rally. Inclement weather delayed Shah's flight, and he reached the venue at 1.15pm, instead of 12.45 PM.Two union ministers - JP Nadda and Thawarchand Gehlot, all four MPs of state, in-charge for party's affair for state, and health minister of Bihar Mangal Panday with all senior leaders of state were present on the stage.Launching an attack on Virbhadra, Shah in his address said that for the first time in history the reputation of state has so severely damaged due to corruption by the congress government. He said that every leader introduces his own political moves. Modi government has started a politics of performance."In Himachal, party had given two CMs PK Dhumal and Shanta Kumar. Shanta was called "Paani wala mukhyamantri" (CM who provided water) and Dhumal was "Sadak wala mukhyamantri" (CM who built roads). But Virbhadra has started unprecedented trend of not resigning even after allegations of corruptions," said Shah adding that Singh is known as "Bhrashtachar wala mukhyamantri" (chief minister known for corruption) and wears this as badge of honor.Promoting 'Hisab Mange Himachal' campaign Shah asked the gathering to give a missed call on a number to join this campaign which he pronounced from stage. "Modi government has given 70,000 crore more then UPA to Himachal. Ask Virbhadra where it has gone. Has it gone into apples ?" he said taking a jibe on Singh."Under the leadership of Shah, picture of the politics has changed in Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand and other states. Now it is the turn of Himahcal" said Nadda, union minister for health.Former union minister and sitting MP Shanta Kumar said that congress is in the worst ever position in Himachal. "BJP is in the best ever situation and Congress is at its worst in last 70 years history," he said.
