Employees of Technopark, who usually work during hartal days, were not spared this time. Convey of buses to Technopark was attacked at 16th mile near Attingal on Thursday morning.Technopark usually runs convoy of vehicles so that they could ensure better security during transportation. THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The hartal called by Hindu outfits against women entry to Sabarimala has turned violent. Since other cabs are not allowed to ply, convoy is used to transport techies from various location to Technopark. Soon they pelted stones and window panes were shattered in the attack.

Convey of buses to Technopark was attacked at 16th mile near Attingal on Thursday morning.Technopark usually runs convoy of vehicles so that they could ensure better security during transportation. Since other cabs are not allowed to ply, convoy is used to transport techies from various location to Technopark. The bus belonging to IT firm Quest was damaged in stone pelting. Luckily, no one was injured in the attack.“We saw the protestors, who were just 3-4, but felt that they are going to pelt stones. So we moved away from window seats. Soon they pelted stones and window panes were shattered in the attack. There was no casualty. We continued the journey and safety reached Technopark,” said one of the passengers.
